the Bristol & West Off Road Club
responsible for any injury, loss or damage to us or our vehicle and contents
· I/We confirm our
vehicle is fully legal and Full driving license’s are held by all
driver’s
· I/We confirm our above listed vehicle,
display’s a current and valid Road fund License, a current Ministry Of Transport
test certificate and is fully insured for road use, off road events including greenlaning,
and fully covers, all the above mentioned drivers.

I/ We will guarantee
to ensure that at all times, the vehicle being used, and its parts are in good
working order, and that all additional equipment is stowed safely and poses no
danger or risk to anybody.
· I/We will adhere to
all written and verbal instructions by Club Event organisers and officials at
all times.
· I/We agree to positively
promote the club and not use the club’s name for any personal or financial gain.

I/We agree to use all
club material, information, affiliation, online access/services and all BWORC
club membership resources for BWORC social and event use only.
· I/We agree if failure
to comply with any of the above will result in Club Membership being null and
void.
